Marienhaab

From 1983 and until present Marienhaab has been the setting for a professional music milieu in Aalborg. The protected building, that caries the name "Marienhaab" is build in 1809. Back then it was used as a restaurant and tea house for the citizens of Aalborg. Later the owners build a bakery, music studie and church painting studio.

Countless projects, recordings and concerts have come to light at Marienhaab. In recent years Marienhaab have been the center for record producing and demos. Through the 80' and 90' Op gennem firserne several artists recorded here: Soulshock, Allan Olsen, Lars Lilholt, Johnny og De Kolde Dæmoner, Walk The Walk, Cutfather, Johnny Jam & Delgado and many more.

Marienhaab also has Bed & Breakfast (2 separate rooms) and is currently developing a songwriter/composer milieu in Aalborg funded by Region North, Ministry for Culture and several music organizations.

We welcome Louis Nielsen A/S as a new customer.

The campaign is to be announced on February 6.th and consists of teambuilding, employer branding, ring tones and two sound brands.

More follows after February 6.th.
Project Marienhaab Project Marienhaab were approved for funding by Kulturaftale Nordjylland and Region Nord. The project consists, among other initiatives, of masterclasses and workshops were composers and producers are able to compose sound branding elements to certain selected companies.
